is the name of the first selfproduced EP by Homo eros that is in the making. About 3-4 self-composed & written songs will be presented to you this evening.
What is the source of inspiration?  Potentially anything.
What do you need to turn inspiration into a song? Time.
What kind of time was that when your songs came through? A very silent one.

Boobs jumping up and down
Its them all them just them
Two of them
They are part of the body
They are two like other parts that we have two of Legs, arms, ears, elbows, eyes, feet, hands, knees … So also, boobies we have two of
I let them dance and move as they wish to be moved With no intention of appealing or seducing anyone No man no women no body

„Let X=X (Aka. Boob Solo)“ is a dance piece that was created with the intention of celebrating the raw beauty and power of femininity. Inspired by the world of opera and Nina Hagen’s song „Naturträne,“ this performance explores the intricate relationship between movement, music, and the kinetic elegance of breasts in motion without objectifying them. Through mesmerizing choreography and operatic vocals, the performance challenges societal perceptions and invites reflection on self-acceptance and the diverse experiences of womanhood.

ROOTS
ist ein zeitgenössisches Tanzstück über das Gefühl von (nicht-) Zugehörigkeit.
Aufbauend auf eine biografische Auseinandersetzung mit den deutsch-polnischen Wurzeln der Choreografin, stand am Anfang der Konzeptionsphase die inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung rund um deutsch-polnische Verbindung und die Suche nach Menschen, die Geschichte damit teilen. Ein großer Teil der Vorbereitung für dieses Stück und die ersten Proben fanden im Laufe des Jahres 2023 in Warschau statt. Gespräche mit Familienangehörigen und polnischen, sowie deutschen Künstler:innen und Aktivist:innen bildeten die Grundlage für die Auswahl an Themenschwerpunkten für diese Produktion.
Gemeinsam mit den polnischen Tänzerinnen Agnieszka Sikorska und Anita Sawicka-Abramowicz untersuchte Camilla Przystawski eine Auswahl an Zuständen, die für sie mit der Suche nach Verbundenheit zu den eigenen Wurzeln einhergehen: Geborgenheit, Risiko, Vertrauen, innere Unruhe. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Performerinnen und der Musikerin Jana Sotzko entsteht eine persönliche Collage aus Erinnerungen und Visionen für die Zukunft. Das Team besteht bewusst ausschließlich aus FLINTA*-Künstler:innen.
